When you can’t afford down time with your headset or timer system, we can send you a temporary replacement overnight with our Advance Exchange Program. When it arrives, send us your nonfunctional part in the box we sent you – with no charge for the shipping – and we’ll have the part repaired and back to you in a jiffy.
