5 Simple Ways to Reduce Customer Service Times

Lines keep getting longer in drive-thru lanes, yet customers still want fast service. Here are some simple but effective ways for lowering your service times.

  • Install menuboards before customers get to the order point. Giving them more time to browse the menu will lead to quicker orders.
  • Encourage remote ordering and provide a dedicated lane for those customers.
  • Equip line busters with mobile devices to immediately relay orders to the kitchen.
  • Offer curbside pickup for customers who don’t want to wait in the queue.
  • Confirm customer orders before sending them to the kitchen.

At CE, we don’t have line busters or curbside pickup. But we go out of our way to provide fast, reliable drive-thru part repairs. We provide same-day service for most repair jobs. If we can’t fix your product within 24 hours of receiving it, the repair is FREE (some limitations and exclusions apply).

When you don’t have time for equipment downtime, our Advance Exchange Program will ship you a temporary replacement part overnight. You don’t even have to send the broken drive-thru part first. When you send us the broken part for repair, the same-day service still applies.

Regardless of the drive-thru part you send us, we fix it right the first time. If you have questions that need answering, we answer the phone quickly and can often help you fix minor problems over the phone. Our goal is to keep your drive-thru parts and equipment running at full speed to optimize efficiency. When you need fast service and quality repairs, call us at 877-731-0334.
