Orders received by 1:00 pm (CST) will ship on the same day. We are also lightning fast with our drive-thru part repairs, providing 24-hour Drive-Thru Repair turnaround from the time we receive your equipment. We will even ship it overnight upon your request.

If you’re a regular CE customer, you know that we don’t charge for the inbound shipping – it’s free every time!  However, you may not know about our Advance Shipment Program, whereby we send you a temporary replacement overnight and you don’t have to send the broken drive-thru part ahead of time. Our goal is to help keep your drive-thru operations up and running by minimizing down time on your vital parts and equipment.
