New High-Definition Headsets Improve Employee Morale

I own and operate several QSRs in my area, all of which have very busy drive-thru lanes. Like any good manager, I try to hold down expenses, especially when it comes to drive thru-equipment repair. That’s one reason I have an equipment maintenance agreement (EMA) with CE. I get unlimited repairs at one fixed monthly price. And when I send in a piece of equipment that needs fixing, I know CE will do it right the first time.


But you can only have so many headset repairs at a time. And with the constantly evolving technology, after a while your headsets can get out of date.
