4 Simple Ways To Attract More Delivery Customers

October 15, 2024 ·

With long lines in the drive-thru not showing signs of abating you may want to consider (or reconsider) adding delivery to your drive-thru repertoire. Here are four ways to make it work.

1. Keep remote ordering simple. Make it easy to order via PCs, smart phone apps and social media with smart design and easy to read menus. Be sure to provide options for customizing orders.

2. Support preferred payment options. Encourage digital payment methods instead of cash or credit card. PayPal, Apple Wallet and other payment sources will meet the preferences of younger customers.

3. Keep the food hot and tasty. Make sure your meal packaging keeps the food hot throughout the delivery. If the delivery area is large, use specially designed packaging to keep the food hot longer.

4. Use your own delivery team. Managing your own delivery crew enables you to control costs, train the drivers according to your brand standards, and hold them accountable for how they interact with customers during the drop-off.

At CE Repairs the only delivery for our drive-thru part repairs is via UPS. But we make sure the newly repaired part is safely packaged before sending it back to you. Keep in mind that we don’t charge for the inbound shipping, and we provide same-day service with most of our drive-thru part repairs.

If you haven’t used CE for your drive-thru part repairs, learn more about us. Or call us at 877-731-0334 to place your first repair order. We’ll be happy to work with you.
