First, all our drive-thru part repairs are backed by a limited 4-month warranty. If your drive-thru repair doesn’t hold up during that time – a very rare event –  we’ll fix it again free of charge (some restrictions and conditions apply).

New products come with a longer warranty. New HME products are covered under their manufacturers’ product warranties that range up to 2 years. New CE products come with a 1-year warranty. 3M/PAR equipment sold by CE does not come with a 3M manufacturer’s warranty, but we do provide a CE warranty on those purchases.
