As QSR owner of several stores in our area, I’ve been using CE to handle my headset repairs for several years now. They always do good work at a reasonable price, which is why I stick with them. But until recently I really didn’t know much about what else they do.

Last week at a networking event I ran into another QSR owner, an old friend of mine, and he mentioned that he had just bought a new timer system. When I asked him where he bought it, had said CE. That surprised me because I thought all they did was headset repair. We got to talking some more, and I learned that CE does a lot more then just refurbish and repair drive thru-equipment.

Turns out that CE sells a wide variety of drive-thru equipment, ranging from headsets to timer systems, vehicle detectors and more. They carry the top brand names, such as HME, 3M and Panasonic, and they are factory-authorized to repair all the equipment they sell. They also have an extensive inventory of drive-thru accessories, including timer systems, cabled intercoms, batteries, clothing clips and a lot more.

Best of all, I learned that CE offers an advance exchange program in case I can’t wait for a headset to be repaired. I call in the repair order and they ship me a replacement overnight – before I even send in the broken equipment.  Is that service or what! It doesn’t happen often that I need to replace a headset right away. But it’s nice to know that CE has me covered when it does occur.
