It’s been a rough year in terms of cash flow for my three QSR restaurants. In particular, a lot of my drive-thru equipment in each store reached the end of its serviceable life and needed replacing. I had just invested in major upgrades to my kitchen equipment at the beginning of the year, and didn’t have the cash reserves to purchase new headsets or timers for my drive-thrus.
Fortunately, I happened to mention my woes while on a service call with a technician at CE. He asked if I knew about their financing options for CE equipment and I replied that I did not. He went on to explain that CE had partnered with Direct Capital, a leading independent commercial business lender, and that I might want to apply to see if I qualified for credit.
That was the best advice I have received in a long time! I went to the CE Repairs website and filled out the online application in just a few minutes. The next day, a Direct Capital representative contacted me by phone. We discussed the equipment I needed and how much I would need to finance. Fortunately, I have good business credit, and was able to secure a loan at very reasonable rates.
My employees love having the new drive-thru headsets and other equipment. More important, business in all three drive-thrus has increased because we’re working faster and more efficiently. My hat’s off to CE Repairs for helping me get the equipment I needed!
