CE Backs What it Sells – Even When the Manufacturer Doesn’t

As the owner of a few QSRs, when I buy a piece of drive-thru equipment for my kitchen or drive-thru lane that’s made by a reputable manufacturer, I expect that company to back up the quality of its products. That should be true whether I buy the part directly from the manufacturer or from an authorized distributor or reseller.


However, when I purchased several 3M drive-thru headsets from CE, I learned that isn’t always true. Within a few months, one of the headsets malfunctioned due to no fault of ours. When I contacted 3M for a repair or replacement, I learned that 3M equipment purchased through CE does not come with the standard manufacturer’s product warranty.


Fortunately, CE had my back. When I called them to ask about a drive-thru replacement or repair, they told me that CE provides their own warranty on all 3M equipment they sell. So I sent the headset in for repair and they very quickly had it back to me working like new.

 

That’s just one of the reasons I’ve been a loyal customer of CE for many years. They provide fast, dependable service. They do all their repair work with factory-authorized parts. And they back everything they sell or fix with their own warranty. When I need drive-thru repairs in any of my QSRs, it’s nice to know I can count on CE when I need them.
